About evmapper
evmapper reads key press and release events from one or more Linux
/dev/input/event* device and either maps them to X Window key events
or executes arbitrary shell commands according to the configuration.
The repeat rate of key events can be limited. Execution of shell commands is always limited to at most once per second.
Note: I no longer actively use or maintain this piece of software.
